However, this definitely does not mean spending hours in the gym every day. Start our doing some light exercises such as fast walking, swimming or you may look at fun activities such as dancing, which will not only exercise your body but also clear your mind. Regardless of what you do, make it a point to exercise for at least 30 minutes every day to achieve that slim body in a healthy manner.  Sound sleep is also a necessity as a body tends to lose the most weight when sleeping.  Make it a point to see to it that that you get at least 7 to 8 hours of solid sleep each night.
