Don’t Get the Common Cold

Everybody knows that, when you want to stay healthy, you have to take in enough Vitamin C. Everybody is always talking about simply how much Vitamin C might help an individual. So how do you keep the cold from setting in? Here are some hints that will help you.
1. Wash your hands and wrists. Clean your hands a lot. This is just about the most effective and most surefire ways to actually ward off a common cold. How come this really is so productive? Think about this for just a second. Our fingers come into contact with far more cold and flu bacteria than any other part of our body. Have you ever thought about every little thing you touch during the day? Every time you feel something that has already been touched by someone with the flu, you raise your chances of getting sick. You will need to give your body enough rest so that it will have the vitality to fight off any infections that want to set in. It is when you’re sleeping and resting that the body is able to do the maintenance and repairs that you need to do. The more rest you get, the easier a time the body will have preventing an infection and then getting rid of it if it happens to take hold of you anyway.
3. Drink a lot of drinking water. The human body demands at least sixty four ounces of water a day to survive. Your body requires the hydration to help it eliminate the harmful toxins that have taken up residence in your system. If you aren’t effectively hydrated, bacteria just refuse to leave instead of getting flushed out. Remember: it is possible to last for about 7 days with no having to take in more solid food. You can only go just one or two without consuming drinking water. This on it’s own must make you understand just how important proper hydration is.
Here’s the thing: there isn’t any magical remedy for the flu. What you can do, however, is practice common sense, wash your hands a lot, get sufficient rest each night and stay properly hydrated.
