Is your bladder exceedingly active? Do you find yourself frequently getting up for visits to the toilet? Have you experimenting to do other things to avoid these trips to the bathroom? Most people are convinced any sort of bladder activity comes about because of how much liquid we take in. This is what makes a lot more people unintentionally dehydrate themselves when they’re trying to calm down their bladder activities.

Would you believe that it is sometimes what you may be eating that may be causing you to frequently visit the restroom during the day? The truth is that a “number one” bathroom break is simply another way for your body to rid itself of waste. The waste builds up equally out of liquid and solid intakes. What you excrete might be from something solid as well as liquid, despite which form it took when you ingested it.

Vitamin C is incredibly important for fighting off illness but it can also be a major factor in irritating your bladder. Citrus fruits are primarily created from acid and that’s why you should stay away from consuming them both as solid fruits or as juice. Oranges, tangerines, lemons, grapefruits and limes, for example are big culprits of this as is pineapple even though it is technically not a citrus fruit. You should choose bananas, apples, pears and berries to get sufficient Vitamin C each day.

This might seem a little bit traumatizing but if your bladder is excessively lively, you shouldn’t consume a lot of chocolate. Chocolate includes caffeine. Your bladder will not like it when you eat caffeine and will reward you for this intake with lots of trips to the bathroom. The exact same holds true for caffeinated beverages as well. If you have been making a lot of excursions to the restroom you’ll want to stay away from all forms of caffeine. Instead, learn how to like dark chocolate and also decaf coffee (or soda).

Particularly spicy food items, like caffeine, can be very irritating to the bladder. This could be hard to accept for people who like spicy meals but if you don’t want to spend your whole night going to the bathroom, you want to avoid the foods that are spiciest like wasabi sauce, spicy nachos, etc. If consuming the food leads to your eyes and nose to get runny, it will eventually make other parts of your body runny. Choose less spicy variations of those foodsthat way you will get the flavor without the irritability of your bladder.

We frequently think that if the waste has come out of your body as a liquid then it must have gone into your body as a liquid. This isn’t 100% accurate. What comes out of our bodies is actually the elements of what we have eaten that our bodies cannot use and it releases that extra stuff (also called waste) in whatever manner is the most convenient for it.
