Do you put up with having a bladder that is overactive? Do you need to frequently stop what you’re doing so that you can head to the bathroom? Have you tried to do other things to stop these excursions to the bathroom? Most people think that it is the intake of liquid that influences the amount of relief our bladders need during the day. This is the reason that so many people end up accidentally dehydrating themselves in their attempts to stay out of the restroom.
Would you believe that it is also the solid foods that you eat that can bring about your “pee breaks” during the day? The real truth is that a “number one” toilet break is merely another way for your body to rid itself of waste. You will make this waste material from both fluid and solid foods. Your waste is made up equally of liquid and also solid components, the forms they take when you eat your food isn’t important.

Vitamin C is great for fighting off contamination but it can also be good for annoying your bladder.

This is mainly due to the fact that lots of citrus fruits are made up of acid and that’s why they need to be avoided both as solids and as juices. Limes, oranges, tangerines, grapefruits and also lemons are the main sources of this acid as are pineapples which, while they aren’t actually citrus fruits, are still irritating to your system. To get your Vitamin C dosage every day, eat fruits like apples, pears, bananas and berries.

This might seem a little bit traumatizing but if your bladder is overly energetic, you shouldn’t take in a lot of chocolate. Chocolate has caffeine. Your bladder doesn’t like it very much whenever you ingest caffeine and it will send you to the bathroom rather a lot when you take in lots of it. Caffeinated beverages consist of the same irritants as food with caffeine. When you make a lot of visits to the restroom during the day try to lower your caffeine intake. Instead, figure out how to like dark chocolate and also decaf coffee (or soda).

Foods that are especially spicy could irritate your bladder quite a lot. This will be difficult for people who are enthusiasts of spicy foods but if you want to stay out of the bathroom you need to avoid foods that contain high levels of spiciness like wasabi sauce, super spicy nachos, etc. If it would make your eyes and nose run you can bet it is gonna make other parts of your body run as well. Choose less spicy variants of those foodsthat way you will get the flavor without the irritation of your bladder.

We frequently think that if the waste has come out of your system as a fluid then it must have gone into your body as a liquid. This is absolutely false. What our bodies expel is the remaining pieces of what we have eaten and drunk that our bodies are unable to use or store so it gets rid of them in whatever way is the easiest and most convenient.
